For service-based bookings, customers may request a cancellation or refund provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.
Services that have already been rendered or missed appointments without proper cancellation notice may not be eligible for a refund.
