Our Service Delivery Standards

This policy explains how services are confirmed and fulfilled through our business.

All bookings and service requests are reviewed and confirmed within two (2) hours during normal business hours. Customers will receive confirmation via email, phone, or the booking method used.

Services are fulfilled the same day or on the scheduled date and time selected during booking. Exact fulfillment depends on service type and availability.

Customers are encouraged to book services in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings are accepted when possible.

Customers must cancel services at least 24 hours in advance to remain eligible for a refund. Late cancellations may not qualify for refunds.

In rare cases of delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified promptly to arrange the best possible solution.
